Will it pull or tangle my hair?

The nodes are soft silicone and the heads are rounded, which is the difference from the ones that catch. With long hair, start on slow and keep it moving rather than parking it in one spot. If it ever snags, lift it straight up — don't pull sideways.

How often should I use it?

Daily is fine; three or four times a week is plenty. Five minutes is enough — longer doesn't do more. With oil, two or three drops on the crown first.

Does it make hair grow?

We don't claim that, and we'd be suspicious of anyone who does. It's a massager: it works oil into the scalp and it feels good. If you're dealing with hair loss, that's a conversation for a doctor.
