60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Callused, cracked heels took years to build up. They don't disappear in a weekend. That's why we give you a full 60 days — long enough to actually see whether this works on your feet.
If you're not happy with your results, email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you. You don't need to send the product back unused. We expect you to try it. That's the point.
How to Start a Return
Email support@getsolvea.store with:
- Your order number
- A sentence about what didn't work for you
We reply within 1 business day with next steps. Most refunds are approved without a return shipment, because return shipping on a low-cost item costs more than the item itself.
Refund Timing
Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks typically post it within 5–10 business days. We'll email you when it's sent.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost to you, or refund you in full — your choice. No return required.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are sent to our warehouse quickly, so we can only change or cancel an order before it ships. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can. If it has already shipped, the 60-day guarantee above still covers you.
Limits
The guarantee covers one refunded order per customer per product. It applies to orders placed directly through this store.
