Shipping Policy
Where We Ship From
We ship from warehouses inside the United States. Most foot care products sold online arrive from overseas and take two to three weeks. Ours don't.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1 business day. After that:
- Most items: 2–5 business days
- A small number of items: up to 7 business days — the delivery estimate on the product page is specific to that item
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $45 or more
- Standard shipping: $8
- Express shipping: $15
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then email us.
Split Shipments
If you order several items, they may arrive separately and on different days. You're not charged extra for this. Each shipment has its own tracking number.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume are outside our control. If your order is more than 3 business days past its estimate, email us and we'll chase it down or replace it.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll refund the order minus the shipping cost, or resend it once you confirm the corrected address.
