Questions people actually ask

What if it doesn't work for me?

Email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you to your original payment method. You don't need to send it back unused — we expect you to actually try it on your feet. That's the whole point of a 60-day window. Write to us from the address you ordered with and include your order number.

How fast does it ship?

We ship from warehouses inside the United States. Orders leave in 1–2 business days and most arrive within 2–5 business days of that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way. Shipping is free on orders over $45.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. We only ship within the US for now, because that's where our warehouses are and it's the only place we can promise the delivery times above. We'd rather say no than quote you three weeks and a customs bill.

Does it hurt?

No. It removes hardened, dead skin — the layer with no feeling in it. Use the low speed on the thinner skin near the edges of the heel, and stop if you feel anything sharp or warm. You're taking a layer down, not sanding through it. If you have diabetes, neuropathy, or poor circulation in your feet, talk to your doctor before using any callus removal device.

How often should I use it?

Most people start with twice in the first week, then once every week or two to maintain. Doing it every day doesn't speed anything up — your skin needs time between sessions. Use the gel in between, not just before.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is encrypted end to end and we never see or store your card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours and we'll try. After that it's usually already with the warehouse and we can't pull it back. If it ships and you've changed your mind, the 60-day guarantee still covers you.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email once it ships. If the number doesn't show anything for the first day, that's normal — carriers can be slow to post the first scan. If it's still blank after 48 hours, email us and we'll chase it.
